Boot Camp Assistant missing update on Leopard

I'm new here and tried searching for the same problem but did not come across it, I'm sorry if i missed it but i have leopard installed and i also had windows running with it but had to reformat the partition, now i want to re-install Windows but boot camp says "you must update your software before using this setup assistant" and thats all that happens. thank you for your help.

Hm, maybe it is talking about the Leopard 10.5.1 software update?

i searched for software updates, nothing really only stuff for logic.
and i have 10.5.1
