Boot Camp DVI Video Out

My personal experience has shown that even with Leopard, Boot Camp is still not able to output to S-Video. I am merely wondering if anybody at MR has found a way to successfully do this? That is, outputting/mirroring Windows (Boot Camp) on a TV.

Other threads have shown that the NTSC/PAL displays show black/jagged lines. Is this still the case? What have been your experiences?
 
It is now a year and a half later and this problem still persists.

DVI-S-Video is still NOT working! on Boot Camp

DVI-DVI works.
DVI-VGA works.

Has ANYBODY found a fix?
