I moved my HDD from a MBP into a Mac Mini and am using it as a second hard drive now. I have a boot camp partition that I'd like to increase now that I have more space on my new main HDD. Is this possible? Thanks!

Not dynamically you need something like Winclone, to back up your boot camp partition, delete it, and then re-create it to a larger size.

Paragon has an app called Camptune X. This app allows you to dynamically adjust partition size between BootCamp and Mac.
It was a free app back to El Capitan era but not it has $19.99 price tag. I obtained it for free long ago.

It has 2GB free adjustment limitation for the free version.
I used it before and it worked pretty well.

I purchased Camptune on 23/11/12. It wasn't free then.
