The disk cannot be partitioned because some files cannot be moved.

Back up the disk and use Disc Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended Journaled volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

I've booted to Disk Utility and cannot seem to back up and format the SDD. Looking for advice. I'm at the point where it's MacRumors or GeekSquad.

Bootcamp can not be used on a disk with more than one partition so it's telling you to backup your data (if you want to save it) and then repartition your hard drive as one big partition.
You can use Time Machine to back it up to any external or networked drive.
If you don't care about your data you can make a USB installer for Yosemite, boot off of it, run Disk Utility from there and then partition your disk before installing a fresh copy of Yosemite.
Disk Utility won't work now because it won't let you partition your active startup disk.
