I have a late 2008 2.4 GHz MacBook, and I'm actually about to start installing Windows XP. I noticed that it requires the Leopard install disc 1, though, which causes me to pause for a second. I don't have the disc that came with my computer (I'm in Ohio visiting family, my stuff is still in Texas), but my family has a newer iMac. Could I use the iMac's install disc?

Normally, I wouldn't ask this kind of a question, but I'm a bit timid to try it out because of a) the MacBook's unique trackpad, and b) the fact that the install discs are labeled for the type of computer they are. I'm not sure if the iMac disc would contain the same drivers as the MacBook disc.
