Boot.efi "grey" for MacBook Air 1.1 (El Capitan unsupported)

Hi all, I'm trying to install El Capitan on an old MacBook Air 1.1 (early 2008), but I cannot install it, none of the usb key is working, but I think I'm using the wrong boot.efi.

I tried 4 types of the EFI32 boot.efi (normal and the "grey" ones) that I could find, but none of them is working.

Someone has a boot.efi or can help me with that?
