Boot from Fedora USB drive

On Mac book pro mid 2015 I would like to boot from the USB flash drve with Fedora on it. My Mac doesn't have the optical drive.
I have configured the flash drive but cannot get Mac to boot from it.
I have tried with Alt and C keys, no success.
