W10 (under bootcamp ) takes double than Mac OS Sierra on my Macbook air to boot

With my MBA 2015 and Parallels with W10, from when I click on Click to start and the appearance of the lock screen it takes 7 seconds. Not bad. I don't use bootcamp so I can't say. Hope it helps.

your mac's ssd is faster, but i don t think that my problem is HW related: Sierra is loading fast.

what about your normal sierra boot-time ?
