    Hello,

I just got my MacBook Pro. :D

I plan on using Bootcamp to install Windows in a dual boot.

Is it okay to do this after I've used the Mac for awhile, or am I better off running Bootcamp right away?

    Thanks. :)

It's OK. I would do it before updating to Yosemite, though.

Install Windows whenever you want. Don't know why you'd think you couldn't otherwise. Just make sure you leave enough space on your hard drive to accommodate the other operating system. 60 GB is an absolute minimum, depending on what you are planning to do.
