Bootcamp and shared Drive??

Good morning everyone,

I am in the process setting up a 3 partition drive config for my OSX Lion, Windows 7 Pro and one large one for data to be shared between both OSes. I am just wondering which format would be best for the shared drive??? Essentially both operating systems I want to access the data for my work. Right now I have it setup at FAT32 and redirected both Windows and Lion to point to it. Just wondering if anyone else has tried to do this as well.

I bought MacDrive, Then point my Windows Folders (locations) to the E drive (mac drive) Best thing I have ever done...
