Is it possible to have both Bootcamp and VMWare or Parallels run off the same partition that was created with the Bootcamp Assistant?? Sorry if this was asked a lot I just couldn't find it..maybe I jus suck.

Yes this is possible with both Fusion & parallels,when you install which one you chose ( provided you have windows installed first ) it auto detects the partition & you just prompt it to run off it
