i have a xp runs on vmware

but i want to run this xp on bootcamp

Obviously your original question was vague, which is why you haven't had any good responses.

Install from your VMWare image of XP. You can select the image in Boot Camp Assistant to install from. (I don't think the disk image has to be an install disk, does it?)
