Bootcamp states that I only have 5 GB free of 65 GB, yet when I look into the Bootcamp partition and check the memory used by each folder, the total aggregate does not add up to 60 GB being used. I can't tell what files are consuming all the space. I have settings to show hidden folders. When I add up the memory that folders are using in Bootcamp I only manage to get 27 GB used.

Disable the hibernate and pagefile reserves and you will get them back

To disable hibernate go to start / run type in "powercfg -h off " without quotes.
