Bootcamp - disk will not partition...

I've been trying to run bootcamp and got up to the point where I need to partition my drive and it will not progress.

So far, I've done the following:

- Reset PRAM
- Done the whole fsck thing on boot up

When running the partition it looks as though it gets through a tiny bit of the progress (runs for like 30 seconds) then stops.

Any other ideas? Driving me a little crazy...

Specs:

MBP Late 2013
OSX El Capitan 10.11.3
