Okay, now that I have successfully installed Windows 8 Enterprise on my Mac Pro 1,1, my biggest issue is that now it ONLY boots into Windows! How do I get back into OSX? Since I'm using a non-EFI card (GeForce 760 GTX), it doesn't look like I can hold the alt key and choose which HDD to boot from.

The last thing I want to do is replace the GTX 760 with my dying ATI X1900 every time I want to get into OSX using the alt key. I was kinda hoping that BootChamp would boot into Windows only once when I selected it, now it's essentially defeating the purpose of having a Mac Pro. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you installed Apple's Boot Camp Drivers in Windows? You should have a Boot Camp Control Panel which allows you to choose OS X as your startup volume.
Your other option is the NVRAM reset (hold down Command-Alt-P-R keys at statup until you hear the chime a 2nd time---then release). That resets OS X as the startup volume.

I didn't notice that boot camp drivers were a separate download altogether; downloading it now.

I also forgot to mention that my Mac now chimes 5 times! why is that?

Sounds like this is your chime issue.

Good news: I'm back into OSX, woohoo.

Bad news: The BootCamp driver installation won't run on my Mac. It says my machine is not supported. I guess I'll have to reset the NVRAM every time.

Oh, yes. I hadn't noticed you have the original Mac Pro 1,1. Current Boot Camp Drivers will not work.

You may not need to set NVRAM every time, however....

If you install in OS X an free app called Boot Champ, you can right click its icon in your top menu bar and select 'Restart in Windows'. This will automatically reboot the Mac and take you to Windows 8. It will not, however, set the Startup volume to Windows. Consequently, the next time you restart (from Windows), you should end up in OS X again.

Did you also notice that I am using BootChamp? ;) I mistakenly wrote camp in the thread title.

I'll have to verify whether this is the case or not, because when I used bootchamp to reboot into Windows, it would not revert back to OSX. Since I'm at work now, I'll wait until I get home to verify it.
