ok, so im using a rMBP mid 2014, i partitioned the hard drive to run windows 8.1 and have an iso image to a bootable usb. I went through all the steps, windows starts up and i get to the point of "When you complete the assistant, your Mac restarts to the Windows installer. When you're asked where you want to install Windows, select the BOOTCAMP partition, then click Format." However i have no partition that says BOOTCAMP. it shows 4 drives but none specifically say bootcamp. I x'd out of the install and restarted OSX and in finder it shows i have a drive labled BOOTCAMP. What is the problem, is it possible when installing it is just not labeled bootcamp. I dont want to erase my osx even temporarily. This could be easy, I dont know, thanks!

It's been a while since I installed Windows 8.
You can't tell which is the right partition based on the size?
And in Windows 7, even though you can see the Bootcamp partition, Windows will refuse to install to it until you reformat the partition from within the Windows 7 installer. Windows 8 might be the same.
