So I installed Windows 7 today. When I got to the part where you click which partition to install to, I noticed my bootcamp partition had around 111gb on it, when I partitioned 120 in OSX. Is this normal? Where did my 9gb go? Running the latest Mountain Lion on the 680MX iMac.

It didn't go anywhere. Mac OS measures hard drive space in gigabytes (10^9 bytes) while Windows measures it in gibibytes (2^30 bytes).
