Bootcamp Keyboard and Mouse

Tonight I thought I would try installing Windows 7 on bootcamp and everything worked until I got to the Windows 7 installation screen where you put a Username and Password and it appears that my Apple Wireless Keyboard and Apple Wireless Mouse won't work so decided to get a unbranded keyboard and plug it in via USB. I then managed to go through and get into Windows 7 but it still appears I'm having the same problem. Any idea on how to get my Keyboard and Mouse working? also I went back into the Mac OS X side and my keyboard now seems to be having problems connecting which it never did before so something strange appears to be happening any ideas?

Did you use the windows bluetooth application to connect your devices?

Windows won't connect automatically like OSX will.
