BootCamp on iMac help please

Hey i want to use bootcamp on my 2011 21" imac i have the windows 7 iso file and an 8gb usb stick when i use bootcamp the imac just says no bootable device found some help would be much appriciated step by step guide thanks

Apple hasn't enabled the USB installation option on any computer in possession of an optical drive.
