I ran Bootcamp Assistant and assigned 20 Gb of space to windows - leaving 115 Gb free. I had defragmented my harddrive using iDefrag and then I ran the partition.

Afterwards I got the common error "The Disk Cannot be partitioned because some files cannot be moved. Backup the disk and use disk utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume."

1. Is there a simple way to fix this problem (I have looked on the web) without having to run disk utility and format the harddrive.

Or is there any piece of advice you could hand out.

Thanks
