Recently bought a MacBook Pro for video editing and basic college work. I want to play windows games now but would like some performance tests or benchmarks from experienced users of bootcamp or parellels. Frame Rates, Processor speeds, temperature, games played, and the specs on your machine would be greatly appreciated.

Search the forum, there was an entire thread about gaming performance and I posted frame rates and screenshots for many games.

BootCamp is simply running windows natively on your computer. Parallels is virtualization.

Performance with BootCamp is going to be similar to any other PC laptop running the same hardware and drivers. There are hundreds of websites with this information.

Dear lord man, FEAR is like 7 years old - it lists a P4 in the system requirements. You can run FEAR.

F.E.A.R. 3 runs at about 45fps at 1920x1200...so I have to assume that F.E.A.R. would run even better.
