Actually I am thinking there is just a miscommunication thanks to the language barrier. That error would come up in the process of using Boot Camp to create a windows partition.

Deleting a windows partition and rejoining that space back into the Mac partition can be done easily in Disk Utility and there wouldn't be an issue of "not enough space".

No offense but I do not understand your english at all.
Are you trying to say you want to delete it or keep it?

And no unless you have TimeMachine your Mac will not automatically backup.
