quick question.

if your orginal macbook came with leopard, and later you bought the snow leopard CD. And after you have install windows XP on bootcamp, do you use the leopard CD ( that came with the box ) or the snow leopard CD to instal the drivers??

thanx :)

either will do - but the one's that came with your macbook should have only the drivers you need

where as the SL disc will attempt to install everything or have multiple drivers!!!

Use the Snow Leopard disc. Newer drivers = better performance. It won't install any extra drivers since it's only going to install what's necessary for your hardware.

As a side note, I assume you're installing XP because that's all you have. If you have any way of installing Windows 7, I'd highly recommend it over XP. So much better...

either will work. At the end of the day you'll want to run the Apple Software update and get the latest (3.2?) pack anyway.

Get the drivers from the Manufacturers website. The drivers on the Snow Leopard disk are usually out of date.
