Bootcamp: Stock GPU drivers or update?

Mid 2012 mbp, just installed windows and downloaded drivers via apple bootcamp assistant.

Should I keep those forever (or until apple releases newer ones) or download the most up to date version straight from nvidia?

Without a doubt, use the most updated ones from NVIDIA.
