Bootcamp Windows keyboard to match Mac OS X?

So I've been googling this, but I'm not sure if I'm searching correctly. I'm looking to see if there's an easy way to re-maps some of the keys in Win7 to match os X? For example, I'm used to Command+A to select all, but instead I have to do control+A.

And is there a better software utility or driver for Win7 to better utilize the multi-touch track pad?
