Bootcamp won't make a USB Installer disk

When creating a Windows installer disk on a USB drive, Bootcamp will format the drive and begin to copy files, but will hang halfway through. Does anyone know why?

If it matters, I'm using a 15 GB USB drive and my MPB is a 13-inch, mid 2010.

I just had a terrible time with one USB stick (3.0 8GB) and it wouldn't work. I switched to a USB 2.0 16GB stick and it worked fine. I'd suggest trying another one. Not sure why it is so finnicky.
