It'll leave it intact.
(I haven't actually booted to it since upgrading, but the partition is intact and I don't have reason to believe it's been touched.)
As a side note, I highly recommend using Winclone to create bootable backup image files. They can be used to restore to a new, or resized, Bootcamp partition.
