Bootcamping MacBook 4,1

Hey everyone, its my first post on the forum so some help would be greatly appreciated. Am i in the wrong category for this topic? Well anyways, i just purchased windows 7 professional and want to put it on my macbook pro 4,1. I was wondering which os i can run (32 or 64). I have 2gb of ram and i heard you need atleast 4. I am running the snow leopard platform and it is working fine. So does that mean i can install a 64 bit platform. Im aware its a rookie question, but i would like my comp to perform at its best... I think you'll do fine

says you only need 2gb of rams for 64bit which is what you have
