hey
i was told to boot my macbook pro from my mates macbook(while in target disc mode) to trouble shoot my wireless problem. his mac works with my wireless, while my mac is really dodge and takes a while to connect. hence the support guys asked me to boot from my mates macbook to ascertain if it's a OS issue or hardware issue.
i told my other mate, and he states that due to the macbook OS being configured to different hardware, i won't be able to boot my macbook pro.
has anyone here tried to boot two different machines from target disc mode?
cheers
