Is it possible to clone a windows installation (for instance from Parallels) and boot from it on my MacBookPro? I recently cloned my MacHarddrive and it would be really useful to be able to run windows from a usb.

You have two parts to your question.
V2P (VM to Physical/native) is possible, but non-trivial. You are on your own to get it to work.
USB native boot is a non-starter. It might be possible over Thunderbolt, but no one I am aware if has demonstrated it.
