After installing the winter board from cydia the iPad 2 rebooted and on apple logo screen.

does not go forward.

how do i reboot it?

After installing the winter board from cydia the iPad 2 rebooted and on apple logo screen.

how do i reboot it?

Give it a little time - it's taken up to 20 min to respring for me. If its still stuck, hold down the home & sleep buttons together til it reboots.
