Bootlogo still missing after redsn0w r11

iP4, 4.3.1 JB with redsn0w r9 and then r11. Made sure bootlogo tic box checked. Reloaded several logos which I can preview fine but none show up at all during boot up.

Should I run r11 again or just forget it until another patch comes?

can you jailbreak with a newer version of redsn0w over the older version? Or is it better to restore/rejailbreak

You can just run the newer jailbreak over again, just be sure to uncheck the Install Cydia box.
