borderlands:goty dlc help

i've read the other posts here about installing the DLC that comes with the game when bought from the app store, but none of them help me.

I am a total mac noob, and I need a more simple explanation. I found the dmz files in the app resources, but there is no 'readme' in the add-ons dmz that tells me what to do with it. I can't copy and paste from that dmz to the data dmz.

Please help. 🙁
