Bose 3-2-1 gs series iii

My previous Apple TV sent audio to my Bose system via the optical audio out port. I just plugged my new Apple TV in and, as expected, the sound only goes through the crappy tv speakers. Is there any way to route the audio to the Bose?

Thanks, I did figure it out. Didnt see the audio out from the TV.

Will you give me some tips on this? How exactly did you run your cables to use the Bose 3-2-1 with ATV4? I also have to consider a cable box.
