It sure was. I lost all hope, I have to admit, at 5 runs. J.D. Drew brought it back for us though. I'm so proud of him :p.

Does this really deserve a thread of its own in the Current Events forum?

Yes. My life is made up of about 50% baseball, 20% women, and 30% school. And not only that but it made baseball history!!!

I play baseball, I watch baseball, and I coach baseball.

    Go Sox is right!
I remember this game the other day, and I was losing hope.
When I woke up in the morning, I was shocked that they won!
    What an unbelievable comeback!

All I have to say is, for the people who left that stadium in the middle of the game in dissapointment for the Red Sox, they must be kicking themselves for missing a wonderful game.

OMG! If you don't think this thread should be here, go away! You guys that don't think this thread should be here need to seriously chill out.. It's a baseball thread! Quit acting so official about a baseball thread!

Problem is, there is already a baseball thread talking about the playoffs. This thread is A) in the wrong forum B) redundant. It's forum etiquette. Should I post a new thread every time the Yankees come back from behind? Should I post a thread about how evil Apple is for removing FireWire from the Macbooks even though there is a thread already made discussing that topic?

Real fans never turn off the game.

They should be banned from Fenway for life.

For future reference: the official playoffs thread

No you shouldn't, because the Yankees suck.

    Amen to that.

    Amen to that as well.

I'm not a baseball fan but as a Floridian, I'm rooting for the Tampa Bay Rays. I hope Boston's comeback is short-lived.
