Both iPhone 14 will not ring when Apple Support calls

Why does both of my iPhone 14s (Plus & PM) not ring when Apple Support calls ?

One is on Verizon and the other is on T-Mobile - both have WiFi calling turned on.

Both have their ringers at full volume and sound switch turned on.

Both never see the missed call notification until I go into the phone and look as recent calls.

Is there something that is preventing calls from Apple Support (512-884-5022) from ringing my phone ?

Maybe you have silence unknown callers switched on?

Do you have some sort of spam call blocking app?

Did you add them as a contact and perhaps modified the ringtone by accident?

That’s a few things I could think of
