Bottom bubble

The plastic portion of my bottom case has been coming off for the last few months. I thought I could fix it with super glue, but I couldn't. I just read that this was happening to alot of them, and that there was a replacement part. I don't live near an apple store, so where I can get one of the replacement parts?
