I bought my wife a refurb 21.5" iMac with a 1TB fusion drive and the above mentioned specs. Was pleasantly surprised to see that Apple actually shipped a late 2013 model with the above mentioned faster i7 processor and RAM specs double that ordered. Classy move

Funny thing is my wife doesn't really care about those specs. She's just happy the thing is so much faster than her 2010 15" MBP due to the SSD boot times. I suspect this will last her longer than the 4.5 years afforded by the 2010.
