Once Apple recieves it & verifies it's condition a credit will be issued to your credit card. Then you simply start over with a new order. It's time consuming but easy.

Yes they do! I was there Saturday and asked this question. Also said, due to extreme demand and shortage, they would probably honor w/in 30 days and not just the 14 days

Actually Apple does do exchanges. I was able to do it on launch day without any issues. They just took my 32GB as a return and I rebought a 64GB.
