The more I think about it, the more I want to exchange it for a 16GB. Should I? Could I? I already unlocked/jailbreaked it for use with T-Mobile. Can I just reset it back to pre-activation mode and exchange it for a 16GB? BTW, I bought it from a local Apple store.

Isn't there a restocking fee? Unless you're really cramped for space... I suggest keeping it.

Do you really want to pay an extra $40 even if they do accept it back? I don't know if you can reset it and all, but I can tell you that I wouldn't do it because even 16GB wouldn't be enough to fulfill all my needs. I'd just use it for a couple of years and then get a new fancy-dancy model that should hold at least 100GB by that time.

You would have to restore it and then pay a 10% restocking fee.
