Resolved bought a ati x1900 xt off ebay help

I got a ait x1900 xt 512mb off of ebay for my power mac. The guy flash it for mac pro from 2007. How do i flash it to work in my power mac? I don't have a mac pro to re flash it. I still waiting for it to get to me. Thanks for the help.

I have no experience with exactly your situation.
But in general should work, if you connect your MacPro x1900 card to PC with windows like secondary card and make flashing there.

I can only find the rom for the ati x1900 gt for ppc. I need it for x1900 xt for ppc. will the one for the x1900 gt work with the x1900 xt?

AFAIK, x1900XT never existed for ppc, so GT should be the only one available.

it is a x1900 xt. it was for the pc and the guy flash it for a 2006 or 2007 mac pro.

Sell the card and use the money to buy one that will work or can be flashed to work with your G5. 😉
