I bought a used iPad 2 wi-fi today. I want to add my iCloud account, but i see the old owners iCloud is set up for the iPad. How do i add my iCloud and remove his?

What does he have access to? And how do i make sure he can't access all my data?

You should reset it first to wipe all of his data off of there.
