For some reason, I cannot use the App Store, do upgrades, and it will not even load Apple.com or any associated Apple pages. I can't upgrade my system, as a result, or get support. Any ideas?

So if you go to www.apple.com the page won't load, but if you go to www.google.com the page will load? Can you post a screen shot?
Yes, Google.com loads, but Apple.com does not. It's been like this for two days. I cannot update my OS as a result. I'm not posting a screenshot. I wouldn't be here posting if this wasn't happening.

It didn't give me an option to set up a call back. I'm stuck in a queue. 32 minutes on hold.

Check the clock on the system. If the time is off web pages will see it as a expired security certificate and not load.
To fix it you set the clock manually, verify you can connect to the sites, and then reset it to automatically set the time from the internet.

And you expect people to help you with this attitude? How are we supposed to diagnose a problem if you are too lazy to even provide a screenshot of it to let us see what exactly is happening?
