I know his name and where he lives. I wish I knew the 1st owners address. Cuz I know his name too. I am never buying a used computer again.

doesnt sound stolen to me. sounds like the dumb kid that sold it was having problems with it and got some quick cash out of it. Ive paid 800 for 2.16 mbp and it was in much much better shape.

Don't know about that. A friend of mine just got one for $500. It's an older core duo 2.16ghz, but not stolen at all. I bought mine originally a couple of years ago with a cracked screen for $350. There are definitely deals out there, you just have to be careful. Some people have "enough" money and don't really care how much they sell it for.
