Bought a $15 VESA Wall mount on eBay. Looks similar to another one I have - same design however, none of the quality.

The hex bolts were so out of tolerance and soft metal they got stripped so I can’t even adjust the mount from a flat in package to actual usable. And they are Very tight.

Reached out to seller and got a refund, without shipping it back. I’ll put the metal to the scrap recycling.

What do I do about feedback? This thing is sold all over eBay from multiple sellers.

You could write the two middle paragraphs of your post and it would be an honest and helpful review. Maybe give the seller at least two stars for refunding the item without much trouble.

Praise the seller, pan the product. Point out that it seems to be sold by multiple sellers.

And probably throw in a mea culpa. You mention that "it looks similar to one I have". But how much did you pay for that one? If you thought you were going to get the same quality for half the price, you share some blame.

One that I have is visa 100x100, I needed 200x100 and since I've seen it sold so often I thought this was not an issue.
I think the 100x100 I got was for not much more $.

I have ordered little extension arms to extend 100x100 to 200x100.
