I bought a "refurbished" apple cinema from Tech for Less. The monitor showed up and it has a big crack, or more like a chip in the glass in one corner of the monitor. I am pretty pissed because this is more like a damaged POS rather than a refurbished monitor. Anyway, can I talk directly to Apple about my problem? or do I have to go and deal with shipping a huge ass monitor back to Tech for Less?

That would be Tech for Less - Apple would only be involved if a) you bought it directly from them or b) it was a defect.

Pretty sure you have to deal with Tech for Less.

Dang. I don't want to ship it to them! I made an appointment at the Apple Store just in case. Anyone have experience with this same issue?

Edit: kind of looks like a defect because the crack is under the screen in the black boarder. It isn't cracked on the surface at all???

I've dealt with Tech4Less before. They are pretty good about exchanges. Shipping label + cross-ship. Couldnt have asked for more.
