I bought the iPad 3 from best buy on oct 17th 2012 and I just found out a new one came out 😡 I already opened it and I've been using it. Can I return it for the new one?..

I bought mine from a retail store that has a 45 day return policy. I returned that bad boy Friday night (43 days). Was very happy that I did that today. I might the right decision. I plan to have the iPad 4 the day it's released! I'll have that one for awhile.
