Bought ipad air2 at Bestbuy on BF

Picked up the air2 on black friday in Gold 32gb ($125 off) cause that's all they had left. I really wanted the silver and been checking online since then to see if my local Bestbuys got any in. No such luck as it looks like there only getting in ipad pro's. Anywho does anyone think i can exchange it at Apple store for the color i want and yes its still unopened. thanks

No. It wasn't purchased from Apple. It has to be returned to the retailer it was from, regardless if it was opened or not.

Stopped by another BB today and they did happen to have a Space gray but was told by customer service that their stupid policy doesnt allow an exchange because of the price i payed on BF I would have to pay the difference of $l25.
Umm nope. Its still factory sealed! There not losing any money by giving me a different color. sigh

In all seriousness, sometimes those policies are the interpretation of the store. Escalate or write a letter, I can't tell you how many times writing a letter to the CEO has worked out for me. Don't be angry in the letter, try to show them you are disappointed and hurt because you Trusted Best Buy for all your high end purchases and now they have betrayed that trust ... goes a long way.

Target has iPad Air 2's on sale for $100 off starting today -- could return that factory sealed one now (if it's still in the return date window) and have Best Buy price match a silver or space gray. Or head to Target after and pick one up -- if you have a Red Card, it'd be another 5% off of course. $25 more than what you paid, but still a good price if having the different color is worth $25 to you!
