I exchanged the Macbook this afternoon and they couldnt have been nicer to me.

I am not so sure I will be back to this forum tho.

Yeah, some of the people here are serious dicks.

I bought my last Macbook Pro on January 24th. I called Apple on February 24th and asked if they would exchange it. I received my brand new one this morning and FedEx took the 34 day old one back with them.

Don't feel bad for a moment. Apple does this because it keeps the customers very happy, and I assure you, it doesn't hurt the profits.
 
woah. Few comments shouting me down because I think that if someone is dumb enough to drop that kind of money without even a simple google to buyers advice, that apple should not really bother accepting anything outside of the 14 day limit....

just my $0.02

The policy has always been 30 days for an updated product.
