We had 2 Blacks already, love them. Daughter uses one, other is shared by self and wife. Needed one for work use - where I need access to LOTS of network engineering/network security PDFs - firewalls etc.

Bought the 3 iPad 64GB Wifi WHITE today.

Apple everywhere was sold out. Checked this site based on suggestion by a forum member on another thread - http://www.ipad2locator.com

Saw Target not from from my home ad it in stock, went there, electronics cashier said we only get 3G versions - all Verizon because hardly anyone wants those version. I told her I am sure they have a White WiFi in stock, asked her to check out back - and sure enough a BRAND NEW DOUBLE BOXED iPad 64GB WiFi WHITE. Very pleased. Took 10 minutes and done. Syncing new WiFi using restore of my other iPad. All apps being copied over in same layout as other iPad. Love it.

(not being rude here I swear)

50% of the reason people buy apple products is because it is So fun to brag about them and show them off. maybe 10% of it is because we need this stuff :b come on guys. anyways thats nice you got 3 of them though!

NateJamesMeyers - I disagree.

  • I believe 75% of people buy Apple products - Macbooks/iPads/iPhones - because they are very naturally intitutive and interface seamlessly within people's daily lives.
  • 15% buy Apple stuff to show off, the wow factor - because Apple does make very impressive industrial design hardware
  • 10% buy Apple stuff because while they may or may not have the money, that want to be one of the me too crowd, specifically those that really dont push Apple hardware to the limits i.e. I see people with Mac Pros that are 8 core etc that dont have a clue to exploit all that power. The most they do is upload photos for iPhoto or else browse the net. But they can tell people they have a Mac Pro.

I experience the opposite. The only people I ever hear bragging and showing off are the people that got the latest and greatest Android phone. And it's usually to tell a complete stranger on the train that they should buy one too. While Apple people get kind of evengelical and snobby when you provoke them, it seems like Android people are that way to anyone who will listen to them without any provocation at all.
